How to login

The answer to all your questions concerning your access:

Click on the “Access to my account” button in the upper-right of your screen.

It can be found in the access code letter or in the e-mail which has been sent to you and also on all of your Société Générale Securities Services statements and transaction statements.

Your password was sent to you by letter or e-mail at the time of the first establishment of the relationship with Société Générale Securities Services.

The first time you log in or after a password request, you must therefore modify the password received and choose a personal one (which must be made up of 6 digits) that will ensure greater security for future sessions.

You can retrieve them by going to the homepage sharinbox . In the "Access your account " window, click on "Get your codes": 

  1. In the "Access your account " window, click on "Get your codes".
  2. Tick the box "Get my password / Unlock my access" and click on "Submit".
  3. Fill in this form and click on "Submit".

If an e-mail address has been registered on your account (by you or, if applicable, by your employer), you will have the option to receive your password directly by e-mail after entering your e-mail address. Your password will be valid for 24h.

If no e-mail address has been registered in advance on your account, your password will be sent by post as soon as possible.
 

Go to sharinbox : 

  1. In the "Access your account " window, click on "Get your codes".
  2. Tick the box "Get my access code".
  3. If you have neither received your access code nor your password, you must also tick the box "Get my password / Unlock my access".
  4. Then click on "Submit".
  5. Fill in this form and click on "Submit".

So that we can contact you if we have difficulty identifying you, we also ask you to enter an e-mail address.

When this form is completed, click on "Send". You will receive your identification numbers by post as soon as possible.

If you requested your access code and your password, these will be sent separately for security reasons.
