Providing electronic statements

The holder of registered accounts can get their statements and transaction notices in electronic format by signing up for this service on the website, under “Online statements”, accessible once the accountholder has logged on.

The accountholder can also sign up for statements and transaction notices in electronic format, at the express request of the issuer, with Societe Generale Securities Services. In this case, only the salaried accountholder with a valid email address communicated to Societe Generale Securities Services will be affected by this change of format. They will be notified beforehand by the issuer of signing up by default for the electronic format option, and will be reminded that they may, at any time, change the way these documents are sent, by selecting the paper format option directly on the Sharinbox website or by contacting Societe Generale.

The accountholder will be notified by email when a new notice is available. Notices are kept on Sharinbox for ten years from availability to the accountholder, unless the account is closed.

The accountholder has the option of downloading and/or printing statements made available on Sharinbox. The Parties acknowledge that statements made available in PDF format on Sharinbox have the same legal value as paper notices sent by post.

In the event of closure of the registered securities account, the accountholder will no longer be able to access Sharinbox. It is therefore up to them, before said closure, to save or print statements made available on Sharinbox.
